The 440-seat Woodward Theatre is a world-class performance hall located inside the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum specifically designed for acoustic music. Built in 1912, this building was one of the first free-standing movie theatres in the country. Throughout the last century it has always been filled with music and laughter, artists and audiences – first as the Empress and Malco movie theatres, then as home to Goldie’s Best Little Opryhouse.
